meetMoi's technology matches people based on a combination of location and profile preferences.
How do I browse profiles?
From your home page, click Meet.
How do I contact someone?
From a member's profile, you can send a wink or message. If the member is online, you can instant chat with that member.
What if I am not interested in a particular profile?
If someone is not your type, just select Not My Type. meetMoi will not display this member again nor will the member be able to view you. The member is not notified.
How do I add someone as a Favorite?
If you are fond of someone, click Add to Favorites and save them in your list of favorites.
How can I tell if other members are online?
Their profile will display Online Now. This is a great opportunity for you to initiate a chat.
What happens when I flag someone as inappropriate?
We will investigate the situation. The member won't know who said something.
MESSAGES
What is a message?
A message is similar to an e-mail. It is a way to communicate with another meetMoi member. Remember that your phone number and location are never revealed.
How do I send a message?
While viewing a profile, select Message. Remember you must have a Premium Membership to initiate messages. Free members may reply to messages at no charge.
How do I read a new message?
Click Inbox.
How do I reply to a message?
From your Inbox, select a message, type your reply in the entry box, and hit Reply.
How do I view my previously sent messages?
From your Inbox, underneath your received messages, select the Sent link.
Can I retrieve a message I accidentally deleted?
No, once a message is deleted, it is permanently erased from your Inbox.
Can I block a member from sending me messages?
Yes. On a member's profile or from a received message, click Flag as Inappropriate or Not My Type. You will no longer receive messages, winks, or profile notifications from this member.
I am receiving unwanted/offensive messages. What should I do?
From the Inbox, select the message and choose Flag as Inappropriate and you will no longer receive messages, winks, or profile notifications from this member.

What is a wink?
A wink is a way to flirt with another meetMoi member without sending a written message. It is an instant and good-natured method of communication.
How do I wink another member?
You can wink at someone with any meetMoi membership level. While viewing a member's profile, select Wink.
How do I reply to a wink?
From your Inbox, locate the wink and click Wink Back.
What happens when I send a wink?
When you wink another member, that member receives notification from meetMoi. The wink appears in that member's Inbox.
What should I do after I receive a wink?
After receiving a wink, if you are interested, you can either wink back, or send a message.
How many winks per day am I allowed?
You can send a maximum of 10 winks per day. You can receive an unlimited number.
INSTANT CHAT
What is Instant Chat?
An Instant Chat is a tool used to engage in real-time communication with another meetMoi member, similar to an instant message. You must be a premium member to instant chat.
How can I chat with another member?
To chat with another member, you both must be online. To initiate a chat, select the member's profile and click Instant Chat.
What is Auto-Refresh?
Auto-Refresh is a feature that refreshes your browser at a specified interval. If Auto-Refresh is on, your browser refreshes every 15 seconds. If you prefer to update your browser yourself, please turn off Auto-Refresh.
Can I turn-off Auto-Refresh?
You can turn off Auto-Refresh from the Instant Chat page. Underneath the send/reply button, there is an option to set Auto-Refresh as on or off.
Can you chat on the website as well as from your phone?
You can chat with another member directly on the meetMoi website, as well as from your phone's browser. From either location, just select Instant Chat if the member is Online Now.
